| Abstract: | Penicillins reacted with BSA to generate conjugate which was used as coating antigen (0.5 mg/mL) in ELISA. Mouce have been immunizes with low molecular weight penicillin-protein conjugates.We successfully establish an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detection this antibody against penicillins and then investigate this antibody response in animal production. |
