温郁金根腐病病原菌生物学特性及杀菌剂筛选

摘    要:旨在对温郁金根腐病病原菌进行生物学特性研究及杀菌剂筛选。采用平板培养法测定和平板对峙法进行病原菌生物学特性研究和药剂筛选。结果发现温郁金根腐病病原菌最适培养基是查氏琼脂培养基,最适温度为28℃,碳源和pH对其生长影响不大,最适氮源为牛肉浸膏。杀菌剂筛选结果表明,430g/L戊唑醇SC和w=50%的咪鲜胺锰盐WP的抑制效果较强,其EC50分别为0.002和0.024g/L,其次为w=50%多菌灵WP和w=10%苯醚甲环唑WG,EC50分别为2.225和2.646g/L。430g/L戊唑醇SC、w=50%咪鲜胺锰盐WP、w=50%多菌灵WP和w=10%苯醚甲环唑WG均可有效抑制温郁金根腐病菌的生长,可进一步用于田间试验。

Abstract:In order to master and control the pathogen causing the root rot of the Curcuma wenyujin Y. H. Chen et C. Ling, biological characteristics and fungicides screening for the pathogen were studied. The biological characteristics and fungicides screening by PDA medium and the Face-to-face culturing on PDA plates, respectively. The results showed that the optimum medium and temperature for the pathogen mycelial growth were Czapek medium and 28 °C, respectively. Carbon sources and pH value did not affect the growth of mycelia of pathogen. In addition, the toxicological tests showed that 430 g/L tebuconazole SC and W=50% prochloraz-manganese chloride complex WP had strong activity against mycelia growth, its EC50 values were 0.002 g/L and 0.024 g/L. Follow by the W=50% Carbendazim WP and W=10% difenoconazole WG, their EC50 values were 2.225 g/L and 2.646 g/L, respectively. 430 g/L tebuconazole SC, W=50% prochloraz-manganese chloride complex WP, W=50% carbendazim WP and W=10% difenoconazole WG effectively inhibited the growth of pathogen and could be used in flied trials.
