| 摘 要： | 为了解决农村饮用水安全,必须以法制为保障,加强立法,严格执法.从饮用水源保护、农村供水规划及水资源开发、工程投融资与建设、运行管理机制及人员培训、应急预警机制、信息公开及水价、监管体系方面论述了农村饮用水安全立法应包含的主要内容.

| Abstract: | Legal system safeguard, strengthen legislation, and strict law enforcement should be followed to solve the drinking water safety in rural areas. Considerations on drinking water source protection, rural water supply system planning and development, investment and financing and construction, operation and management mechanism and staff training, emergency warning mechanism, public information disclosure and water pricing, and supervisory system were discussed in this paper to cover all the legislation content for drinking water safety in rural areas. |
