摘    要:采用芥蓝2个品种、甘蓝种下9个变种的栽培品种,计11个品种的叶、根进行POD和PPO酶带比较和聚类分析研究,结果说明,芥蓝归列为甘蓝种下1个变种是合理的。幼叶PPO同工酶谱清晰易辨,在鉴定甘蓝类蔬菜亲缘关系方面更具优势。

Abstract:The Isozyme bands of POD and PPO of leaves and roots of 11 varieties were compared in this paper. It was rational that the Brassica alboglabra was belonged to one of the varieties in Brassica oleracea by clustering analysis. It was useful that isozyme pattern of PPO in Brassica oleracea in identifying genetic relation of Brassica oleracer.
