关于渔业循环经济研究的文献综述

随着经济的发展，渔业对农业的贡献越来越大，同时也面临着环境污染、经济效益不高的困境，发展渔业循环经济成为解决这一问题的主要出路。文章首先对循环经济的内涵及运行原则进行回顾，指出循环经济是一种实现生态效益和经济效益双赢的可持续经济；并对国外渔业循环经济的研究成果进行述评，其成果多集中在海洋资源开发和制度保障研究领域；然后对中国渔业循环经济研究特点进行分析，主要表现在注重对发达国家经验获取、渔业循环目标模式、渔业资源开发和渔业循环制度保障方面；最后，对当前研究给予简短评价。

Literature Review on Fishery Circular Economy

With the development of economy, the contribution of fishery to agriculture is growing, but it also faced with environmental pollution and low economic benefits. Thus putting the circular economy into fishery industry becomes the main way to resolve this problem. This article looks back the connotation of the circular economy and operating principle and point out that the circular economy is the sustainable economy to achieve the economic and ecological benefits. And the paper reviews the research results of the foreign fishing circular economy which focuses on the development of marine resources and the research area of guarantee system. Then to analyze characteristics of circular economic research on Chinese fishing, which mainly focused on the experience acquired of developed countries, target model of circular fisheries, the development of fisheries resources and the guarantee system of circular fisheries; Finally, to give a brief comment on the current study.
