| Abstract: | The primary requirmant of the rador observe to the hail was explained in the paper, and a conclusion was made on the methods identifying the cloud including hail, and the application of the feature of the echo cloud of hail on rador used in the procedure of resisting hail. And eventuraly the scientifical proofs on artificial anti-hail were provided. |
