长筒石蒜无性繁殖技术研究

目的]提高石蒜的繁殖速率。方法]采用5种切割方法（C0～C4,C0为对照）处理长筒石蒜,进行扦插繁殖,通过统计子球数量和测量子球重量、鳞茎直径与重量,比较不同切割方法对长筒石蒜无性繁殖的影响。结果]长筒石蒜母球经过C0～C4共5种切割方法处理,鳞茎数量分别增加了40%、331%、510%、737%、747%;切割次数越多,子球个头越小,但子球数量增多,因此,单个母球平均子球重量无显著差异;子球大小与母球重量呈线性正相关。结论]在保持基质一段时间低含水量以防止扦插鳞茎腐烂的情况下,长筒石蒜的繁殖效率以C3（＂＊＂字形6分法）和C4（＂米＂字形8分法）处理最高。

Study on Asexual Propagation Technique of Lycoris longituba

Objective]The aim was to enhance the propagation speed of Lycoris.Method]The Lycoris longituba samples was cut by 5 different methods (C0～C4,with C0 as control) for cutting propagation.Then the quantities and weights of bulblets and the diameters and weights of bulbs were measured for comparing the effects of different cutting methods on the asexual propagation of L.longituba.Result]In the treatments (C0～C4) of L.longituba mother bulb by the 5 cutting methods,the quantities of bulbs were increased by 40%,331%,510%,737% and 747% resp.The more the cutting times were,the smaller the bulblet size was and the more the bulblet quantities were.So,their mean bulblet weights of individual mother bulb had no significant difference.The bulblet size showed positive linear relationship with mother bulb weight.Conclusion]In the circumstance of keeping substrate at low water content for a period for preventing cut bulbs from rotting,the propagation efficiencies of L.longituba in Treatment C3 (6-divided in "*" shape) and C4 (8-divided in "米" shape) were highest.
