| 摘 要： | 墙改是国家可持续发展政策的一部分,将新型墙材在新农村建设中全面推广应用,是建设节约型社会主义新农村的必然选择,体现了科学发展观的思想。探讨了墙改纳入新农村建设的意义,指出所面临的问题,并提出解决这些问题的建议。
