春小麦若干品质性状配合力及相关性分析

摘    要:利用4×2不完全双列杂交设计对春小麦若干品质性状配合力及相关性进行了分析。结果表明。SDS—沉淀值的基因作用以加性效应占优势,面筋、蛋白质及限制性氨基酸(赖氨酸、苏氨酸及缬氨酸)含量以非加性效应占优势;沉淀值、面筋值与赖氨酸含量呈显著的负相关,每两种限制性氨基酸含量之间呈极显著的正相关。

Abstract:The methed if 4 2 incomplete diallel crosses design was used to analyse the combiningability of spring wheat quahtitive characters. The result showed that the efficiency of the SDS-sedimentation gene was mainly additive and content of gulen , protein, limiting amino acids were unadditive. Glulen was notably correlated negatively to lys. However, two limited amino acids were significantly correlated positively each other.
