用SSR标记划分云南糯玉米地方品种资源遗传类群的研究

摘    要:利用SSR标记对37个云南糯玉米地方品种遗传多样性和遗传关系进行研究,和5个国内主要自交系进行优势群的划分。结果表明:从国内外所用的63对核心引物中筛选出PIC值高、稳定的20对玉米核心SSR引物扩增出225个等位基因,平均多态信息量PIC值为0.87、标记索引系数MI值9.91、Shannon多样性指数I为0.54;37个云南糯玉米地方品种可划分为5大类群13个小类群;少数的云南糯玉米种质资源与常见的5大杂种优势群的遗传距离较近,而大多数资源则较远,可形成多个单独的类群,云南糯玉米地方种质资源具有广泛的遗传基础;来自不同地区或来自同一地区不同云南糯玉米资源与5大优势群之间的遗传相似度均有很大差异。

Abstract:37 waxy corn landraces in Yunnan and 5 main heterotic groups of maize inbreds in domestic hybrid maize production were used to analyze their genetic diversities and relations using SSR markers and divided group.The results showed that 20 pairs core primers out of 63 pairs of core SSR primers which were used by other labs were selected which gave stable and high PIC value.225 alleles were amplified in the 37 waxy corn landraces by the core primers,average polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.87,average marker index(MI) was 9.91,Shannon's information index(I) was 0.54.Genetic similarity and cluster analysis showed that 37 waxy corn landraces were divided into 5 groups and 13 sub-groups.Genetic distance was close between a few of waxy corn landraces and 5 main heterotic groups was far between most waxy corn landraces and 5 main heterotic grouping,most waxy corn landraces were divided into many single groups.Genetic base was very wide within waxy corn landraces of Yunnan.The genetic similarity was significantly different between different waxy corn landraces from same or different districts and 5 main heterotic groups.
