摘    要:通过PCR扩增、克隆、序列测定获得29株鸭疫里默氏菌(RA)的16S rRNA和16S-23S rRNA间隔区的核苷酸序列.将16S rRNA和16S-23S rRNA间隔区序列连接后分析发现,1型菌株和大多数2型菌株分别处于不同的分支,而2型菌株中的RAf11、RAf3和RAf104不处在2型菌株的分支中,却与1型菌株非常接近.挑选RAf11菌株和2型分支中的RAf19菌株,分别制备灭活苗,免疫雏鸭后进行攻菌保护试验,RAf11菌株对1型菌株的攻击可产生较高的交叉保护率,达53.8%,而RAf19菌株对1型菌株攻击的保护率仅为23.1%.借助16S rRNA和16S-23S rRNA间隔区序列的分析,筛选到一株具交叉保护的RA菌株.
