| 摘 要： | 在附加激素的 MS 培养基上,从品种“马里”纯胚乳及带胚胚乳诱导出少量愈伤组织,并分化成苗。激素及胚乳发育程度对大麦胚乳愈伤组织的诱导作用明显,胚的存在与否似对大麦胚乳分化无多大影响。

A Preliminary Study on Induction of Calli and Regeneration of Plantlets From Immature Endosperm of Barley(Horedum vulgare L.) in Vitro |

| Abstract: | This experiment was conducted to study the callum formation and the plant regeneration from the endosperm tissues of barely in vitro.As a result,the success was made in the callum formation and plant regeneration from the endosperms cultured in MS medium supplemented with certain allien hormones.Allien hormones and the developing degree of endosperm had a promoting effect upon the induction of endosperm calli.It seemed that the embroy had not a great effect upon the induction frequency of endosperum calli. |
