广西粉葛产业现状分析及其发展建议

摘    要:【目的】调研分析广西粉葛产业发展现状及存在的问题,并提出发展建议,为加快广西粉葛产业健康可持续发展提供参考。【方法】对广西粉葛产业进行实地调研,收集相关资料(2018—2020年),围绕广西粉葛种植区域、种植面积、主要品种、产量、加工等方面综合分析广西粉葛产业的发展现状及存在问题。【结果】广西是我国最大的粉葛产区,种植面积达10201 ha,其中梧州、桂林和贵港为广西粉葛产业主产区,种植面积占全区粉葛种植总面积的70.6%。广西从事粉葛种植及加工的企业及合作社众多,且发展了粉葛+花生、粉葛+沙姜、粉葛+苦瓜和粉葛+毛节瓜等间作或套种种植模式。通过线下及电商销售葛根鲜薯、葛根粉、葛根茶、葛根面、葛根酒、葛根蛋黄酥和葛根粒等葛根产品,经济效益良好,行业发展势头迅猛。但同时,广西粉葛产业存在产品知名度不高,缺乏地理标志产品等具有标识性的品牌;选育种工作滞后,选育成功的优良品种不多,缺乏优良的高葛根素粉葛品种;栽培技术和产品质量参差不齐,机械化程度极低;葛根产品以食用为主,综合利用程度不高;加工线较少、加工设备较落后;粉葛基础研究薄弱等问题,严重制约了广西粉葛产业的可持续发展。【建议】加强桂字号品牌打造,培育龙头企业;加强粉葛优良新品种的引进、选育及推广;建立标准化、规模化种植示范基地;加强生产加工技术的改造,加快产业链一体化发展;加强粉葛基础研究。

Abstract:【Objective】To investigate and analyze the development status and problems of Pueraria lobata(Willd.) Ohwi var. thomsoni(Benth.) van der Maesen industry in Guangxi, and put forward development suggestions, so as to provide reference for accelerating the healthy and high-quality development of P. lobata industry in Guangxi.【Method】Based on the field survey investigation and data collection(2018-2020) of P. lobata producing areas in Guangxi, the development status and main problems of P. lobata industry in Guangxi were analyzed through the perspectives of planting area, major varieties, yield, processing, etc.【Result】Guangxi is the largest producing area of P. lobata in China, with a planting area of 10201 ha. Wuzhou, Guilin and Guigang are the main producing areas in Guangxi, accounting for 70.6% of the total planting area in the whole region. There were many enterprises and cooperatives engaged in the planting and processing of P. lobata in Guangxi, and developed some intercropping mode, such as P. lobata+peanut, P. lobata+ginger, P. lobata+bitter gourd, P. lobata+chieh qua, etc. Through offline and e-commerce sales of P. lobata fresh tuber, powder, tea, noodles, wine, egg yolk crisps, grains and other products, the economic benefits were good and the industry had a rapid development momentum. But at the same time, there were some problems in Guangxi P. lobata industry, such as low product popularity, lack of geographical indication products and other iconic brands;the breeding work lags behind, there were only a few good varieties selected successfully, and excellent varieties with high puerarin content were lack;cultivation technology and product quality were uneven, the degree of mechanization was very low;the utilization was mainly edible, the degree of comprehensive utilization was not high;less processing lines, backward processing equipment as well as weak basic research, these problems restricted the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.【Suggestion】Gui brand and leading enterprises should be established, strengthen the introduction, breeding and promotion of new varieties, establish standardized large-scale planting demonstration base, strengthen the transformation of production and processing technology, strengthen the integrated development of industrial chain, and strengthen the basic research of P. lobata.
