摘    要:采用不同浓度的稀土溶液对大球盖菇原种培养基进行喷施后灭菌、接种培养,研究了稀土溶液对大球盖菇原种菌丝生长情况的影响.结果表明,各处理菌丝的生长速度都比对照有所加快,菌丝生长情况有所改善;其中,以处理D(40mg/L)的效果较好,生长速度最快,菌丝生长情况也最好.

Abstract:Different concentration of rare earth was sprayed on pedigree seed culture medium of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.Then it was sterilized,inoculated and cultivated.Meanwhile,influence of rare earth on mycelia growth of Stropharia rugoso-annulata was studied.The result showed that growth rate of each hypha was higher than before and the growth status was ameliorated.Among them,D treatment(40mg/L)had comparatively better effect,with the quickest growth rate and best growth status of mycelia.
