植物生长调节剂对‘紫娟’茶树叶片花青素 及主要生化成分的影响

摘    要:为了探究植物生长调节剂对‘紫娟’茶树叶片的花青素含量、主要生化成分含量及对茶叶品质的影响,对‘紫娟’茶树叶片分别喷施不同植物生长调节剂(ABA、SA、乙烯利和MeJA)进行诱导处理。采用紫外分光光度计法测量‘紫娟’茶树叶片的花青素含量;根据国标的方法测量‘紫娟’茶树叶片茶多酚、氨基酸和咖啡碱的含量,并对茶树的一芽两叶分制成的干茶进行感官审评。50 μmol·L-1ABA、300 mg·L-1 SA、100 mg·L-1乙烯利和150 mg·L-1MeJA均显著诱导‘紫娟’茶树叶片花青素及主要生化成分含量的提高,但SA和ABA诱导分别导致了氨基酸和咖啡碱含量的降低。此外,喷施ABA、SA或MeJA后的‘紫娟’茶样感官审评打分均高于对照。在生产中通过喷施适宜浓度的ABA、SA或MeJA不仅可以增加‘紫娟’茶树叶片的花青素及主要生化成分含量,而且还可以提高茶叶的感官品质。结果为调控‘紫娟’茶树叶片花青素及主要生化成分的累积奠定了基础,并为改善茶叶品质提供了新的途径。

Abstract:To explore the effects of plant growth regulators (PGRs) on the contents of anthocyanin, main biochemical components and quality of leaves from ‘Zijuan’ tea plant, ‘Zijuan’ tea plants were sprayed with different PGRs (ABA, SA, ethephon and MeJA), respectively. The content of anthocyanin in the leaves of ‘Zijuan’ tea plant was measured by UV spectrophotometer, and the contents of tea polyphenols, amino acids and caffeine were measured according to national standards. The dry tea made from one bud and two leaves of the tea plant was evaluated by sensory examination. 50 μmol·L-1ABA, 300 mg·L-1SA, 100 mg·L-1ethephon or 150 mg·L-1MeJA could significantly induce the increase of the contents of anthocyanins and the main biochemical components in the leaves of ‘Zijuan’ tea plant, but SA and ABA could induce the decrease of the contents of amino acid and caffeine, respectively. In addition, the sensory evaluation scores of ‘Zijuan’ tea samples after spraying ABA, SA or MeJA were higher than that of the control. In production, spraying ABA, SA or MeJA of suitable concentration could not only increase the content of anthocyanins and main biochemical components in the leaves of ‘Zijuan’ tea plant, but also improve the sensory quality of tea. This study will lay a foundation for the regulation of the accumulation of anthocyanin and main biochemical components in the leaves from ‘Zijuan’ tea plant, and provide a new method for improving tea quality.
