| 摘 要： | 新时期高等学校安全保卫工作面临着许多新情况、新问题，高校安全保卫工作必须与时俱进，牢牢抓住保卫队伍建设这一基点与核心，努力提高保卫人员的综合素质，使之在维护高校安全稳定工作中发挥积极的主导作用。从组织建设、思想建设、制度建设等方面阐述了抓好高校保卫队伍的一些思路、方法和措施。
