摘    要:用HPLC检测了苏云金素在鱼塘水和清水中的衰减速率。清水中该物质的半衰期长达433小时;在鱼塘水中苏云素的衰减呈双指数消除模型,开始消除半衰期为2.43-10.68小时,终末消除半衰期为128.57-142.01小时。

Abstract:The concentrations of thuringiensin in pond water, clear water, rice plant and Chinese cabbage (pakchoi ) were measured by high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method. The results showed that the rate of degradation of thuringiensin in clear water was slow, with a half life of 433 hours. Degradation parameters of thuringiensin in pond water were calculated by using a double exponential model, with intial stage half life of 2. 43~ 10. 68 hours and terminal stage half life of 128. 57~ 142.01 hours. The elimination model of thuringiensin in rice plant was fitted as one exponential function of C = 73. 21e 0. 0038t, with a half life of 182. 36 hours.The results also showed that there was no residue of thuringiensin in the mature rice plants sprayed with a high dosage of thuringiensin during the tillering stage. The initial stage half life and terminal stage half life of thuringiensin in pakchoi were 59. 74 and 382. 89 hours respectively. There are indications that pakchoi treated with thuringiensin may have some residue when it is served on table.
