温度对加州新小绥螨发育及繁殖的影响

摘    要:在15~35℃、RH 80%~85%条件下,研究加州新小绥螨Neoseiulus(Amblyseius)californicus(Mcgregor)以二斑叶螨Tetranychus urticae Koch为猎物时,不同螨态的发育和实验种群生命表。结果表明,加州新小绥螨在此温度范围内能完成世代发育,发育历期随着温度升高而逐渐缩短。该螨能适应35℃的高温条件,雌性的发育历期最短仅为5.70d。平均产卵期和平均寿命均随着温度的上升逐渐缩短。25℃时,该螨的平均产卵量最大,达64.89粒.雌-1,净增殖率最高(48.252 5),且雌雄性比最大。15℃时内禀增长率和周限增长率均最低,分别为0.061 7和1.063 6,种群倍增时间最长(11.241 8d),35℃时内禀增长率和周限增长率均最高,分别为0.303 4和1.354 4,种群倍增时间最短(2.284 9d),但净增殖率最低(18.461 1)。

Abstract:The life table and the developmental duration of Neoseiulus(Amblyseius) californicus(Mcgregor) with the prey Tetranychus urticae Koch at constant different temperatures was studied in laboratory.The results indicated that the different immature stages N.californicus could complete their development.The developmental duration,the oviposition duration and the mean lifetime all decreased with the increased temperature,and the shortest developmental duration(5.70 days) was observed at 35℃.The highest mean number of eggs(64.89 eggs·female-1),with the highest R0(48.252 5),was observed at 25℃.The lowest λ(1.063 6) and rm(0.061 7) were observed at 15℃,and the highest λ(1.354 4) and rm(0.303 4) were obtained at 35℃.
