芝麻内生细菌G10菌株对芝麻立枯病的生防作用

摘    要:通过盆栽和小区生防试验测定了内生细菌G10菌株对芝麻立枯病的生防作用。结果表明:G10菌株可以有效防治芝麻立枯病,防治效果分别为81%~89%和61%。利用透明圈法分别测定了G10菌株具有产壳聚糖酶和产蛋白酶的特性;分别利用形态学和生理生化方法对内生菌株G10进行系统地研究,表明该菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。

Abstract:Biologic control efficacy of endophytic bacteria G10 against the seedlings damping-off incited by Rhizoctonia solani of sesame was evaluated in green house conditions and field tests.The results showed that G10 could control the harm of Rhizoctonia solani efficiently and the control efficacy were 81%~89% in pots tests and 61% in field tests.Then experiment was carried out to test the characteristics of the strain G10.Abilities to produce chitosanase and prolease of G10 were assayed on culture plates with colloidal chitosan and milk,which revealed that the strain G10 could produce chitosanase and prolease respectively.By physiological characteristics and the morphology identification the strain G10 belongs to Bacillus subtilis.
