不同供水量及各生育期干旱对大豆油脂脂肪酸含量的影响

摘    要:试验表明,不同供水量间大豆棕榈酸、亚油酸含量差异极显著;不同生育期干旱处理棕榈酸、油酸、亚油酸含量差异极显著;70%以下供水量及各个生育时期干旱处理不论和脂肪酸含量均上升值和脂肪酸则下降。结果表明.70%~55%供水量及荚期干旱不饱和脂肪酸含量最高,饱和脂肪酸、亚麻酸含量最低、最有利于大豆油质的改良。

Abstract:The experinent showned that under different water supplies the difference of the contents of palmltic acid and Linoleic acid was very signinficant. Under dry treatment at different growing stage the difference of palmitic, oleic and Linoleic acids contonts was very significant. The content of unsaturated acids was increased under 70% water supply and dry treatment in growing stage, while that of saturaled acids decreased. Under 70% ̄55% water supply and dry treatment at podding the content of unsaturated acids was the highest, while the contens of saturated acids and linolenic acid were the lowest, which eas favourable for improving the qualify of soy bean oil.
