摘    要:采用分光光度法测定信阳毛尖茶叶中的微量元素(铁、锌、锰、铜、硒),结果表明:信阳毛尖茶叶中含有较为丰富的微量元素,特别是硒含量比较高.

Abstract:Several microelements such as Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu and Se in the tea of Xinyang Maojian were tested with the spectrophotometry.The results showed that the microelements in Xinyang Maojian were abundant,especially the element of Se.
