论"农村中小学现代远程教育工程"的先进性

摘    要:“农远工程”实施两年多来,在一定程度上改善了农村教学环境,丰富了农村教学资源,取得了一些阶段性的成果,但在工程效益的发挥和可持续发展问题上也引起了一些争议。笔者通过列举全国范围内工程实施中的具体做法,从理论、模式、运行机制等多个层面论证“农远工程”的先进性,旨在引导人们正确看待工程中存在的问题,促进工程的可持续发展。

Abstract:The modern distance-education project in rural primary and junior school has been carried out for more than two years.It has improved the teaching environment and enriched the teaching resources in village to some extent.It has obtained some stage results,but also caused some controversies on bringing into play of the performance and persisted development problems.The writer discusses the progressiveness of the project from several levels such as theories,mode,circulation mechanism etc by taking particular way of doing inside the national scope for example.The aim is in guiding people's exactitude treat on problems existed in project,and to promote the project keeping on persisted development.
