岩藻糖胶对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖影响的研究

摘    要:用10,50,150及300mg/kg岩藻糖胶给小鼠口服(灌胃),连续7d,可使经四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖小鼠血糖水平分别比阳性对照降低54.2%,57.1%,43.3%及36.9%。给已经四氧嘧啶形成的糖尿病小鼠注射10kg/kg及50mg/kg该糖胶后,其血糖水平分别为注射前的80.4%和60.6%,患病站鼠饮水量分别比阳性对照低约36.2%及50.6%,糖耐量明显改善,最佳作用时间在注射后4h。

Abstract:Fucoidin(FD),isolated from Laminaria japonica Aresch, administered per os 10,50,150,and 300mg/kg in advance for 7 d , made the blood glucose level in mice administered with alloxan decrease by 52.4%,57.1%,43.3%, and 36.9%,respectively,in comparison with the control. FD injecting 50mg/kg and 10mg/kg, made the blood glucose value of alloxaninduced diabetic mice drop to 60.6% and 80.4% respetively,in comparison to that before injected., and reduced waterintake by 50.6% and 36.2%, the optimum action time was the 4th hour or so after FD administration.;
