基于模糊PID控制的汽车底盘模拟测功机测控系统

摘    要:分析并建立了汽车底盘测功机测控系统数学模型,引入模糊推理机制自整定PID参数的方法,对室内模拟汽车道路行驶阻力的过程进行改进,利用仿真对该系统的阶跃输入进行响应,并给出了某型汽车在试验台上加速试验的数据及数据分析。

Abstract:Vehicle chassis dynamometer is one of the important equipments used to measure the performance of vehicle. It is an important job for the measurement and control system to solve the problem of simulating the real situation when vehicle runs on the different roads. Based on Fuzzy-PID controller and previous experience, the control system and control method of the dynamometer have been improved. The mathematical model of this system was also given. The results of simulation research and theoretical analyses on the model showed that the measurement accuracy has been advanced as Fuzzy-PID controller was introduced. In addition, the testing data on this dynamometer and the analysis results were also presented.
