摘 要: | [目的]将微生物处理羽毛废弃物提供依据。[方法]在液态发酵羽毛工艺的基础上进行固态发酵羽毛可行性试验研究,并研究种龄、接种量、转速和发酵时间对发酵的影响。[结果]种龄、接种量、转速和发酵时间分别为12~14h、2ml、130r/min和5d时,发酵产物产量最高。[结论]固态发酵羽毛废弃物是切实可行的。

Abstract: | [Objective] To industrialize the utilization of waste feather by microbiological method.[Method] The solid-state fermentation feather feasibility test using Stenotrophomonas maltophilia based on the study of fermentation in Erlenmeyer flask was performed.The factors including seed age,seed volume,rotation speed and fermentation time were investigated.[Result] The optimum seed age,seed volume,rotation speed and fermentation time were 12-14 h,2 ml,130 r/min and 5 d,respectively.[Conclusion]Solid-state fermentation of feather is feasible. |
