摘    要:以青花菜幼苗叶片为试验材料,研究了水分胁迫处理对青花菜幼苗叶片生理生化特性的影响.结果表明:在轻度水分胁助迫(田间持水量的65%~70%条件下,青花菜生长良好,细胞膜透性、丙二醛和游离脯氨酸处于较低的水平,谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸的含量和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性维持在较高的水平,青花菜幼苗的生长没有受到干旱胁迫的影响.在中度水分胁迫(田间持水量的40%~50%)和重度水分胁迫(田间持水量的35%~40%)条件下,幼苗生长不良,甚至死亡,并且随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,细胞膜相对透性和丙二醛的含量,游离脯氨酸含量增加,谷胱甘肽、抗坏血酸的含量和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性急剧下降.

Abstract:The leaves of broccoli seedling were used for assay the effect of water stress on physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results indicated that the seedling grew well under a lighter water stress(65 %~70 % of soil water content).The membrane permeability,and the content of MDA and proline were at a lower level.The content of GSH and ASA,and APX activity maintained at a higher level.Under moderate(40 %~50 % of soil water content) and severe(35 %~40 % of soil water content) water stress,the seedlin...
