摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究4个不同钾(K2O)水平(0、76.8、84、91.2 mg/kg土)对剑麻幼苗生物学性状、生物量、养分含量和钾肥吸收利用效率的影响。结果表明,施钾处理剑麻株高和叶片长度显著提高,平均提高64.2%和59.7%。高钾处理K3地上部鲜重、干重显著提高23.2%、11.4%。根冠比随着钾水平的提高呈先增大后减小的趋势。施钾处理剑麻地上部、根系全钾含量显著提高,平均提高60.2%和158.7%。剑麻地上部和根系钾素吸收效率均随着钾水平的增加而增加,氮素和磷素吸收效率则随着钾水平的增加呈先增大后减小的趋势。而钾素利用效率则随着钾水平的增加而减小,施钾处理植株钾素利用效率平均下降31.0%。

Abstract:Pot experiments were used to explore the effects of different potassium(K) levels on the biological character, biomass, potassium absorption and utilization efficiency of sisal seedling. Four levels of K fertilizer were: none(0 mg/kg), low(76.8 mg/kg), medium(84 mg/kg), and high(91.2 mg/kg). The results showed that compared to the none, using K fertilizer treatment, the plant height and leaf length increased significantly by 64.2% and 59.7%, respectively. When the K fertilizer was on the level of 91.2 mg/kg, the fresh weigh and dry weigh of aboveground were the largest, increased by 23.2% and 11.4%, respectively. The root: shoot ratio increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of K fertilizer. When used the K fertilizer, the total potassium content of aboveground and root increased significantly by 60.2% and 158.7%, respectively over the check. The K absorption efficiency of aboveground and root increased with the increasing of K fertilizer. The utilization efficiency of K absorbed into the sisal decreased with the increasing of K fertilizer. The utilization efficiency of N and P increased at first and then decreased with the increasing of K fertilizer. Compared to the check, the K utilization efficiency decreased by 31.0% as K fertilizer application increased.
