不同耐旱性杨树气孔保卫细胞对水分胁迫的差异性反应

摘    要:以耐旱的群众杨和不耐旱的I 214 杨为材料,经过轻度、中度和严重水分胁迫处理后,用扫描电镜观测了气孔开度的变化,并用透射电镜结合X 射线能谱显微分析技术,对保卫细胞中的离子含量变化进行了研究.结果表明:耐旱的群众杨气孔对水分亏缺的反应灵敏,保卫细胞中的离子含量随不同胁迫强度而表现出明显的变化;而不耐旱的I 214 杨气孔对水分亏缺的反应较迟钝,在不同胁迫强度下保卫细胞中的离子含量没有明显的改变.该文结果表明2 种杨树气孔保卫细胞对水分胁迫的反应存在明显差异.

Abstract:Two different drought tolerant poplars ( P.popularis 35 44 is tolerant to water stress,I 214 issensitiveto waterstress) were exposed to mild ,moderate and severe waterstress. The changes ofstomatalaperture were observed by SEM.Thechangesofion contents werestud ied by TEM X ray microanalysis.Theresultsindicated thatthe stomatalresponse of drought tol erant poplar ( P.popularis35 44)issensitiveto water deficiency andthechangesofion contents in guard cells are great with different stress.However,for drought sensitive poplar(I 214) ,the stomatalresponseto water deficiencyisslow andthechangesofion contentsin guard cellsare not too great with differentstress.Itsuggeststhatlarge differentialresponse exsitsin stomatalguard cells oftwo different poplars under waterstress.
