小径杂竹制造重组竹的试验研究

摘    要:针对我国大量的小径杂竹资源未得到充分利用的现状,通过试验研究和技术、资源、经济效益及应用方向的综合分析,探讨了用小径杂竹制造重组竹的可行性,为小径杂竹的高效利用开辟了一条新的途径。研究结果表明:只要采用合适的生产工艺,用小径杂竹完全可以生产具有较高物理力学性能的重组竹板材;用小径杂竹制造重组竹具有良好的市场前景。

Abstract:Facing the problem that much of the small-sized sundry bamboo resources are not used sufficiently, the authors probed into the possibility of producing recombination bamboo timber from small-sized bamboo timber through experimental researches and comprehensive analysis on technology, resources, economic benefits and application outlets, which have broken a new path for an effective utilization of small-sized bamboo timber. The results show that it is feasible to produce recombination bamboo timber with high mechanical property using small-sized bamboo timber if proper production technology is adopted, and to produce recombination bamboo timber from small-sized bamboo timber is of a bright prospect.
