摘    要:本文从细胞遗传以及出苗率、苗高、M_1显性突变和M_2性状突变等方面阐述了沙打旺的辐射诱变规律。试验结果指出:苗高和出苗率与剂量呈负相关;染色体畸变和微核率与剂量相关性显著;M_2性状突变与剂量大小有关,同时发现不同品种间的辐射敏感性差异较大。在M_1中发现了显性突变,井选出比对照早开花51禾的早熟类型,为在黄土高原高寒地区实现沙打旺的天然更新提供了可能性。

EFFECTS OF ~(60)Co GAMMA RAYS ON MUTATION OF M_2 IN ATRAGALUS ADSURGENS PALL
Abstract:The effed of radiation in Astragalus adsurgens Pall had been discused concerning chromosome aberration,field germinaton,seedling height,dominant mutation of M1 and morphological mutation of M2 in this paper.Ex-perimentd results indicated that seedling height and field germination decreased while chromosome aerration and frequency of micronucleus increased with increasing radiation dose.There was a close correlation between the morphological mutation of M2 and radiation dose.The radiosensitivity of different varieties was apparently different.Dominant mutation had been found in M1 generation.Early-maturing mutant flowered 45 days earlier than the control.
