| 摘 要： | 百香果是一类集数百种水果香气于一体,兼有食品、医药和观赏等功能的水果。通过对百香果各种功能及开发现状的介绍,全面阐述它的开发价值,评价了它的可持续发展潜力,为我国长江流域及以南地区的引种驯化和发展提供理论和技术参考,并为这一类新型水果事业发展注入动力。

| Abstract: | Passiflora edulis Sims is a fruit with hundreds of kinds of aroma, and has function of food , medicine and sightseeing. This article introduced the function and its research situation of Passiflora edulis Sims, discussed the virtue and Sustainable development all-roundly. All these provide the theory basis and the technical references for domestication and development of Passiflora edulis Sims in Yangtze River southward in China, and at the same time give renewed impetus to the new fruit. |
