摘    要:目的]筛选土壤石油类污染敏感指示指标、确定石油类污染土壤生物修复植物。方法]在实验室人工控制条件下,研究不同浓度土壤石油污染对2种藜科植物种子萌发的影响。结果]土壤石油污染质量分数为500 mg/kg时,对2种藜科植物种子的出芽都有一定的促进作用,对翅碱蓬的促进作用大于碱蓬,土壤石油污染浓度在1 000~30 000 mg/kg时,皆抑制2种种子的出芽,对翅碱蓬的抑制小于碱蓬。结论]在土壤污染情况下种子萌发率具有某种程度的不确定性,土壤石油污染对2种藜科植物种子萌发的抑制率指标只能作为生态评价的初级指标或土壤开始发生污染的信号,而不宜作为深度评价的标准。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the study was to screen the sensitive indicator indices of petroleum pollution in soil and ascertain bioremediation plants in soil contaminated by petroleum.Method] Under the artificially controlled condition in laboratory,the influences of petroleum pollution in soil with different concentrations on seed germination of 2 kinds of chenopodiaceae plants were studied.Result] When the petroleum pollution concentration in soil was 500 mg/kg,it both had some promoting effect on seed germination of 2 kinds of chenopodiaceae plants,and the effect on Salsola hetroptera was bigger than that on Salsola glauca.When the petroleum pollution concentration in soil was at 1 000~30 000 mg/kg,it could all restrain seed germination of 2 kinds of chenopodiaceae plants,and the effect on Salsola hetroptera was smaller than that on Salsola glauca.Conclusion] The seed germination rate had uncertainty to some degree under soil contamination condition,the index of inhibiting rate of petroleum pollution in soil on 2 kinds of chenopodiaceae plants could only be the primary index of ecological evaluation or the signal of pollution starting to occur in soil and couldn't be the standard of depth evaluation.
