| Abstract: | This article embarks from basic content about training of the talented person,it analyzes present situation to the training work of northwest local enterprise talented person and the question which appears,then points tactic of solving the question from the system,the fund safeguard system and the training grade.It provides the mentality and the method for the training work of the next northwest local enterprise's talented person,and provides basis to policy for the western enterprise talented person's reasonable disposition and use continually. |
