| 摘 要： | 对中国2008年棉花产业形势进行简要回顾，综述了中国2009年棉花政策及时出台：棉花生产开局较好、棉花产业科技创新不断升级、产业链条不断延伸、区域布局更加集中、节本增效的矛盾突出、储备棉抛售稳定棉花市场等产业形势。并对2009年上半年棉花产业生长指数、生产景气指数、动力指数进行了初步分析。
