| Abstract: | Forecasting and decision analysis plays an important part in increasing the efficiency of the agricultural investment project. Five factors are included under consideration which read as follows the cash flow,the time value of money,the risk value of investment,the life period of project,the cost of capital. The decision analysis method of the risk investment consists of the five factors which take the investment into full consideration,so it is the most efficient method at present time. |
