| 摘 要： | "均山"、"均利"和"均股"是集体林权制度改革的重要形式,通过对山东省莱芜市"均利"、"均股"的实施方法、模式和成效进行研究,发现通过承包、租赁和林地流转实现大户承包、规模经营,符合北方干旱瘠薄山区的改革现实,是当地农民长期自愿的选择,对当地经济具有重要意义,有利于林业的长期发展和稳定。 |

| Abstract: | Equation Woods, Equation Interests and Equation Shares are important type of the collective forest tenure reform. Studies on the Equation Interests and the Equation Shares in the collective forest tenure reform of LaiWu, found that leading contractors and Large--scale Management conformed the Realities of the Mountainous Areas in the northern arid re gion, was the ？ long--term choice of local famers, had great significance in the economy,was beneficial to the development and stability of forestry. |
