三叶木通叶片生长生物学特性研究

摘    要:用三叶木通(Akebia trifoliata koidz)二年生实生苗为试材,对其叶片生长的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:三叶木通全株叶片生长期间呈现出8个生长高峰,母茎叶片生长为第1个高峰,生长期40d左右;第1次攀援茎叶生长为第2,3,4个高峰,生长期100左右;第2次攀援茎叶片生长为第5个生长高峰,生长期120d左右;第3次攀援茎地片生长为第6,7,8个高峰,生长期160d左右。全株叶片

Abstract:The growth habit of leaf of Akebia trifoliata was studied.The results showed thatthe growth of individual leaf had eight obvious peaks.The leaf growth of maternalvine was the first peak and its growing period was about 40 d.The second,thirdand fourth peaks are the leaf growth of the first branch period and the growing periodwas about 100 d.The leaf growth of second branch was fifth peak and the growingperiod was about 120d.The third branching had three peaks of leaf growth that theywere the sixth,seventh and eighth,respectively.The growth period of individual leafwas about 240d and can be divided into such threestages as maternal vine,rapid-growthand slow-growth stage. The results of generalized variance analysis showed that this division is both necessary and desirable.
