| 摘 要： | 文章结合开采塌陷区三大特点和矿业城市发展六大规律,通过开采塌陷区与城市具体空间区位关系探讨与分析,提出开采塌陷区不断地向城市内部转移,塌陷区终将成为城市建设用地,需得到有效治理的规律.同时以焦作市为例,提出了"以人为本,全面规划,因地制宜,协调发展"治理思路.

| Abstract: | It got the law that the subsided sites of mining are moving into the interior of the city and will become the city construction land at last which have to be availably fathered,when we analysis and probe into the relationship of special sites between city and the subsided sites of mining connecting with the three characteristics of the subsided sites of mining and six law of the resources city.Meanwhile,it took jiaozuo city as example and advanced a improving train of thought of People-oriented,comprehensive planning,Conditions,Coordinated development. |
