| 摘 要： | 为了掌握朱鹮禽流感病毒流行情况,利用鸡胚分离方法从病死朱鹮脑组织标本中分离出禽流感病毒毒株,并将所分离的病毒进行血凝试验、血凝抑制试验、鸡胚最小致死量平均死亡时间(MDT)、半数致死量(LD50)及1日龄鸡脑内接种致病指数(ICPI)试验.结果表明,所分离的病毒均能够凝集鸡、肉鸭、绵羊、山羊、猪、人、兔等的红细胞,且这...
