联合收割机自动报警系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了应用单片微型计算机监视联合收割机工作时转动部件的转速,粮仓装载量的发动机水箱水温的方法。通过传感器对作业现场进行测试,将其信号传输给单片机,对现场进行实时检测,实现联合收割机的自动报警,降低故障频次,延长平均无故障工作时间,提高整机的工作可靠性。

Abstract:The paper introduces an auto-alarm system of the combine harvester. The chip microcomputer monitors cylinder speed; the loadage of gain bin; the temperature in the water tank of the engine. Installing sensors in trouble-spot, as trouble localization, the auto-alarm system is realized through detecting theoperating field by sensor. The sensor conveys the information to the chip microcomputer. The chipmicrocomputer makes real-time analysis and prediction. The chip microcomputer is the core of this system, expanding interface port in its outside, it can improves the function of intelligent detection. The system can monitor the working current and complete the auto-alarm. Reducing the frequency of trouble, prolonging mean trouble-free working time, improving the working credibility of combine harvester.
