| Abstract: | This thesis mainly summarizes the connotation index means which can measure the housing quality. It forms many housing characteristics into one-dimensional housing quality value, avoids the complexity and hard-controlling of the "varied commodity existing in one market" model. Connotation index is sensitive to any housing characteristics changes. Therefore it reflects the housing inhomogeneous property. The index defines the commodity in housing market, and makes it possible for housing market quantitative analysis. |
