摘    要:连作土壤条件下,不同抗性品种的根际微生物变化不同。盆栽试验结果表明,连作条件下,抗病品种绥农10号和抗线2号根际环境pH中性偏碱,不利病原真菌生长;感病品种合丰25号根际则处于偏酸环境,使作物易于感染根腐病。抗性大豆品种绥农10号和抗线2号的根际细菌数量增加,真菌数量减少;感病品种合丰25号的细菌和真菌数量变化不显著。

Abstract:The experiment was about the range of pH and the difference micro- community in rhizosphere under soybean continuous cropping system soil. The data of pH in rhizosphere indicated that the resistant cultivars could keep the pH higher than 7.0 in whole life which pH range was not benefit for root rot pathogen growth such as Fusarium oxysporum. On the country, the pH in rhizosphere of HF25 was always lower than 7.0 which benefit for pathogen growth. The microbial in rhizosphere among soybean cultivars were different in continuous cropping soybean soil. The data showed that the number of bacteria in rhizosphere of resistant cultivars such as SNIO and KX2 was increased with the plant growth, and the fungi was decreased. But for HF25, the bacteria in rhizosphere was no significant change with the plant growth neither the fungi.
