中小企业内部风险识别与管理研究

全球竞争新格局不断变化,中小企业自身发展问题日益凸显,研究中小企业内部风险识别与管理为应对其变化至关重要。在综述风险管理的基础上,运用企业生命周期理论,识别种子期、成长期、成熟期及衰退期中小企业发展面临的主要内部风险,并针对中小企业在各个发展生命周期存在的风险提出相应的管理策略。

Neo-pattern of global competition has changed increasi medium-sized enterprises has stood out,so it is very important to ngly, the development problem of small and highlight internal risk identification and management which copes with the changing. On the basis of risk management,the development facing the main internal risk of seed, growth, maturity and recession were identified by small and medium-sized enterprise development life cycle, and the corresponding strategies to deal with various risks of small and medium-sized enterprise development life cycle were proposed.
