玉米几个数量性状生长的配合力分析

摘    要:本文结合植物生长分析和Griffing配合力分析法,从净增量和生长速率两方面研究了玉米株高、单株叶数、单株叶面积、粒重和籽粒密度生长的遗传。结果表明,这些性状的生长均有极显著的遗传差异,一般配合力(GCA)和特殊配合力(SCA)均方与相对重要性、加性和显性效应、平均显性度、广义和狭义遗传力等均随性状生长而显著变化,性状终结表现的遗传状况不能反映多基因系统在生长进程中的真实作用规律。株高和单株叶面积生长过程中主要以SCA起显著作用,单株叶数、粒重和籽粒密度生长过程中GCA和SCA均起显著作用。

Abstract:This paper deals with the inheritance of growth, including net growtn gaints and growth rates, of plant height, leaf number and leaf area per plant, 10-kernel weight and density of kernel by the aid of plant grow th analysis method and Griffing's conbining ability anylysis mothod(method 2, model Ⅱ). The rdsults indicated that there were significant genetic varation tor the growth of all characters studied, and general vs specific combining ability (GCA & SCA) mean squares and their relatlve imporancnces, additive vs dominance effects, meandominance degreee, broad vs narrow heritabilities for these characters were all varying with the growth process coesiderably. The final performances of the characters didn't reflect the real action law of the multible gene system during the growth process, The growth of plant height and leaf area per plnt were mainly governed by SCA, but the growth of leaf number per plant, 10-kernel weight and densty of kernel were affected simultane ously by GCA and SCA.
