中草药制剂对蛋鸡肠道酶活和肠道微生物的影响

摘    要:选择1200只蛋鸡随机分成5组,对照组为空白对照,饲喂基础日粮,试验组是在基础日粮中添加不同剂量的黄芪多糖(APS)和小檗碱(Ber)复合制剂(处理组Ⅰ饲喂基础日粮+100mg·kg-1黄芪多糖、30mg·kg-1小檗碱,处理组Ⅱ饲喂基础日粮+200mg·kg-1黄芪多糖、30mg·kg-1小檗碱,处理组Ⅲ饲喂基础日粮+100mg·kg-1黄芪多糖、60mg·kg-1小檗碱,处理组Ⅳ饲喂基础日粮+200mg·kg-1黄芪多糖、60mg·kg-1小檗碱)。结果表明,中草药复合制剂对处理组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的十二指肠的淀粉酶活有极显著的影响(P0.01),对处理组Ⅰ的空肠淀粉酶活和处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的回肠淀粉酶活有显著影响(P0.05);对处理组Ⅱ的十二指肠蛋白酶活和处理组Ⅲ、Ⅳ的十二指肠和回肠蛋白酶活有显著影响(P0.05);在肠道微生物方面,中草药复合制剂对各处理组的盲肠各种微生物都有显著影响(P0.05),对直肠的处理组Ⅰ和Ⅱ的各微生物有一定的影响。添加中草药复合制剂能增加肠道中的酶活,有效地改善肠道微生态区系的平衡。

Abstract:Effect of compound herbal medicine on intestinal enzyme activity and intestinal microflora in hens are studied. 1 200 hens were randomly assigned to five groups. The blank was provided with basal diet, and the other groups were fed basal diet and different doses of astragalus polysaccharids and berberine (treatment groupⅠwere fed basal diet supplementing 100 mg·kg-1 astragalus polysaccharides and 30 mg·kg-1 berberine, treatment groupⅡwere fed basal diet supplementing 200 mg·kg-1 astragalus polysaccharides and 30 mg·kg-1 berberine, and treatment group Ⅲwere fed basal diet supple-menting 100 mg·kg-1 astragalus polysaccharides and 60 mg·kg-1 berberine, treatment group IV were fed basal diet supplementing 200 mg·kg-1 astragalus polysaccharides and 60 mg·kg-1 berberine). The results showed that compound herbal medicine could significantly improve duodenum amylase activity of treatment guops Ⅲ and Ⅳ(P<0.01), and improve treatment groupⅠjejunum amylase activity and treatment groupsⅠandⅡ 'ileum amylase activity(P<0.05); On protease activity, treatment group II' duodenum protease activity and treatment guops Ⅲ and Ⅳ duodenum protease activity and ileum protease activity were increased (P<0.05); On intestinal microflora, compound herbal medicine could improve all kinds of microflora of cecum of per treatment group(P<0. 05), and had actively increase all kinds of microflora of rectum of treatment groupsⅠandⅡ. Adding compound herbal medicine can improve intestinal enzyme activity and intestinal microflora in hens.
