摘    要:针对机械式水稻精密播种机播种质量差、机构传动复杂及伤种率高等问题,设计一种链传动/输送式水稻播种机。设计的链传动水稻播种机主要由型孔轮式排种器、波纹滚筒式覆土器及链条传动/输送机构等工作部件组成,完成了主要工作部件结构参数的设计计算。样机播种性能试验结果表明:随着生产率的提高,播种合格率下降,伤种率增大,当电机输出转速n0=0.1r/s,排种轮转速n2=0.05r/s时,播种机生产率为360盘/h,播种合格率94.3%,单粒率1.0%,重播率5.4%,空穴率0.3%,伤种率仅0.4%,播种效果最好,试验指标均达到或超过水稻精密播种机试验要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the exiting problems of rice seeders,a rice precision plug seeder was designed. The seeder consists of a hole-wheel seedmeter,a corrugated roller soil covering device and a chain drive mechanisms. Tests of the new seeder was conducted and the results showed that the pass rate of seeding was declined with the increases of productivity and seeds damage rate ; when the seeding productivity was 360 tray/h,the pass rate lifted to 94.3%,single rate to 1.0%,repetition rate to 5.4%,miss rate to 0....
