| 摘 要： | 黑河是我国西北干旱地区一条较大的内陆河流。本文所要分析研究的黑河中游即鹰落峡至正义峡段。该段位于河西走廊中部地带,全长186公里,流域面积1.87万平方公里,在行政区划上包括甘肃张掖市、临泽县、高台县、民乐县和山丹县五县市,总计人口106.54万个。黑河中游绿洲的建设,在河西地区和甘肃全省的经济发展中均具有较重要的地位。建国

| Abstract: | Making use of the tenets and methods of system engineering,based on the analysis of utilizing water resources system and on the briefly explaining for the characteristics of spatial structural situation in the oasis area of middle reaches of the Heihe River, this paper gave quantitatively some optimizational plans of spatial structure in the oasis along with adjusting different structure for utilizing water resources, and then put forward some proposals for adjusting the oasis spatial structure |
