摘    要:指出了城市化使地表不透水面积增加,加之全球气候变化和城市热岛效应,城市出现极端降雨事件增加,而我国城市的排水设计标准普遍偏低,部分地区排水管网老化,遇暴雨时城市内涝灾害严重。针对上述问题,基于海绵城市的发展理念对城市排水设计进行了探讨,提出了通过采取透水性材料铺装硬化路面、建设蓄水设施贮存雨水、利用绿地植被滞留降水等措施,以改善城市水循环系统,提高降水下渗率,降低洪峰流量,并有效防洪排涝,提升雨水资源化利用率,缓解水资源短缺,具有一定的实用价值和参考意义。

Abstract:Urbanization has increased the surface of impervious area,coupled with global climate change and urban heat island effects,and extreme rainfall events have increased in cities.However,the drainage design standards of cities in China are generally low,and the drainage network in some areas is aging.The city is flooded during heavy rains and the disaster is serious.In view of the above problems,this paper discusses the urban drainage design based on the concept of sponge city development.By adopting permeable materials to pave hardened pavement,constructing water storage facilities to store rainwater,and using green land vegetation to retain precipitation,the urban water cir-culation system can be improved.Increasing the rate of lowering the seepage rate and reducing the peak flow of the flood can effectively prevent floods and drainage,which has certain practical value and reference significance in the in-crease of the utilization rate of rainwater resources and the alleviation of the shortage of water resources.
