运用心理学方法助推垃圾分类政策实施

指出了垃圾问题说到底是人与自然如何和谐共生的问题,要想从根本上推进垃圾分类工作的可持续开展,必须以“人”本身作为出发点,从而实现“由心而治”。基于此,提出了5种引导民众进行垃圾分类的心理学方法,拟通过微观心理层面促进相关宏观政策法规的有效实施,为我国生态文明建设助力。

Using Psychological Methods to Promote the Implementation of Garbage Classification Policies

Life garbage classification has attracted the high attention of academics and governments departments.In essence,the problem of garbage is a harmonious coexistence between man and nature.In order to fundamentally promote the sustainable development of garbage classification,“People”as the starting point should be taken then to achieve the goal of“governance by heart”.This paper puts forward five methods to lead people to take part in the garbage classification.It also proposed to promote the effective implementation of relevant macro policies and regulations through the micro-psychological level,and finally,to contribute to the construction of ecological civilization in China.
