| 摘 要： | 指出了当前生态环境保护工作受到社会各界的关注,环境监测的重要支撑作用也日益突出。针对当前环境监测数据出现的不规范情形,以《检验检测机构诚信评价规范》为基础,通过对环境检测机构关键诚信要素的识别与分析,提出了建立和运行诚信管理体系的关键要素,以期为环境检测机构制定有效的防范措施提供参考。

| Abstract: | Environmental protection is extremely important to today’s society,and the role of environmental monitoring has become increasingly prominent.According to the requirements of Specification of Integrity Evaluation for InspectionBody and Laboratory,this paper proposes the key elements for establishing and operating integrity management system through the identification and analysis of the working process of environmental testing institutions,which can provide a reference for environmental testing institutions to formulate effective preventive measures. |
